About Hope A-Z

This is a website dedicated to the support of people who suffer from the varying forms of depression and anxiety, as well as fibromyalgia and chronic pain.
Hope A-Z is a place for support as well as fun and laughter, a place for friends to gather as a family that understands.
Our site has been around for two years now, and in that time we have grown into a fairly close knit community, it was created by survivors and sufferers of these things, for ourselves and others who share our illnesses. We take great pride in maintaining that Hope A-Z is a safe, warm, friendly and supportive environment for all who come here.

We welcome all new members with open arms, but due to the sensitive nature of the content of this site you MUST register to gain access to the chatroom and many of the rooms in the forum.
It is free to register, though as it does cost money to keep this site running, we welcome all donations.
Please note also that the chatroom and forums are not linked at this time, so you need to register seperatly for each.

Please note, our site is run entirely by volunteers.
While we are here to help and support each other, we have no claim to medical or professional status.
