When our feelings become more than we are able to cope with we reach crisis point, this is not a sign that you are weak or flawed it just means that you need to increase your coping resources.
If you are feeling like you have reached crisis point, please, find someone to talk to. Unburdening yourself of the weight of painful thoughts and feelings can provide a great deal of releif and give you the strength to carry on. You can talk to a friend, family member, teacher, coach, counsellor or call a crisis phone line.
Our links page holds a list of crisis and emergency numbers for various countries. You are welcome also, to join our community, many of us have been at crisis point and we understand and can give support.
